Hi, I’m Nikki, Health & Wellness Coach, passionate wellbeing advocate and super-enthusiastic
If you’re just not feeling quite YOU at the moment and could do with some support, guidance and an
understanding confidante then you’ve come to the right place.
I specialise in helping midlife women recognise and negotiate the many physical, mental and
emotional challenges that come with the transition to menopause and, really importantly supporting
them to reset lifestyle habits so they can feel energised and live their best, healthiest and most
balanced lives in the years ahead.
